1. Measure The Waist

Use a soft measuring tape to measure around the waist without pulling the tape too tightly.

2. Measure The Hips

Measure around the widest part of the hips and buttocks.

3. Check The Product Guide

Compare the measurements with the sizing guide for your chosen brand and product. If the waist and hip measurements indicate different sizes, or the measurement falls between sizes, contact our pharmacy team before ordering.
